Degree Verfication
The following information is intended for third parties and other agencies needing to verify degrees for UW-Stevens Point students.
The UWSP Registrar’s Office has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to act as our agent for all verifications of student degrees.

Enrollment Verification (Certificate)
You can download an official Enrollment Verification Certificate at no cost through accesSPoint under the Academic Records tile. The certificate includes your enrollment status based on registered credits:
Undergraduates for Fall and Spring Semesters
- Full-time: 12+ credits
- Half-time: 6–11 credits
Graduate Students for Fall and Spring Semesters
- Full-time: 9+ credits
- Half-time: 5–8 credits
Important Notes
- Certificates are available about 20 days before the start of the semester.
- Schedule changes may take 1–3 weeks to appear on the certificate.
- Enrollment certificates generally meet requirements for outside agencies. If additional details are needed, contact the Office of the Registrar, 171 SRC.
Transcripts
The enrollment certificate site links to a transcript service not used by UWSP.
