Wisconsin’s annual aquaculture conference continues to be the largest aquaculture event in the upper Midwest. In 2024, Wisconsin joined with Minnesota, for a multi-state conference which included over 40 presenters from industry, state, federal and tribal facilities and organizations. The conference also included tours of various local facilities including the UWSP NADF, Red Cliff Tribal Hatchery, Red Cliff Fish Company and Bodin’s processing facility. With both Wisconsin and Minnesota aquaculture associations, this conference was also in collaboration with and supported by The Great Lakes Aquaculture Collaborative, Wisconsin Sea Grant, Minnesota Sea Grant, UWSP NADF among other sponsors and vendors.
