UWSP Growth Initiative Matrix Team
The Growth Initiative Matrix Team is a coordinated campus-wide effort to align campus units including Deans, Student Affairs, Finance and Administration, University College & the Center for Inclusive Teaching and Learning, Continuing Education and Outreach, Information Technology, Marketing & Enrollment, Admissions, and the Registrar. Specific team member expertise is tapped as needed during the various stages of a new program’s growth.
The matrix team collaborates to ensure that ideas for new programs are efficiently assessed for viability and moved through the new program pipeline. Each new program involves a matrix team made up of individuals with the unique expertise to support the development and launch of the new program.
