EMERGENCY GRANTS
Emergencies happen and grants can help ease this stress so you can continue with school. Review grant eligibility prior to applying and always connect with Financial Aid to see if they can help too.

FINANCIAL AID Baxter Grant (All three campuses)Grants available to students in good academic standing, who are degree-seeking, and are experiencing a short-term emergency financial problem that could impact a students’ ability to continue their education.
Branch Campus Grants (Marshfield and Wausau campuses only)Grants available to branch campus students experiencing an unexpected financial crisis that could impact a students’ ability to continue the semester. Students must have completed the FAFSA and have a calculated Expected Family Contribution (EFC) of less than $5,000.
FINANCIAL AID
Financial Aid can assist you in the process of financing your education. Students apply through the FAFSA and aid counselors are available to answer any question you may have. Sometimes life circumstances change, such as a change in income or increased costs of attendance, and an appeal may be needed.

Financial coaches are available to help you grow your financial knowledge and skills. Individual appointments are available. Additional financial literacy resources exist to help you budget, understand credit, and more related to financing your education and beyond.

Students who receive military benefits to assist in financing their education, should connect with our Veteran Coordinator for any assistance needed. Students may utilize priority registration each semester. Should a student need to be away for drill, active duty, or short-term leave, students should follow the call-up instructions.
