Student Care and Support

Supporting students through challenges is at the heart of our work. Whether you are facing an academic, personal, financial, or other concern, our office is here to help. No concern is too big or too small. We will listen, help you explore your options, and connect you with resources and support so you can navigate challenges, stay connected, and succeed at UW-Stevens Point.

If you are concerned about yourself, another student, or a situation affecting the campus community, we encourage you to reach out.

Concerns may involve academic or non-academic misconduct, student well-being, mental health, basic needs, concerning or disruptive behavior, interpersonal violence, or other issues affecting members of our community.

The Center for Prevention and Health Promotion provides programs, presentations, and trainings throughout campus focused on substance abuse, interpersonal violence, and hazing prevention. We also engage broadly to promote student mental health education and resources.
