Apply for Scholarships
APPLYING HAS NEVER BEEN EASIER!
THANK YOU, DONORS!
Thank you to all of the generous individuals and organizations that support the efforts of the next generation of theatre and dance artists. The contributions of alumni, community members, current and past faculty combine to give current students a helping hand. Evaya Gonzalez is a Stages to Equity Scholarship recipient, “I am grateful to the Stages to Equity scholarship because it means that people not only want the arts to succeed but also want the artists themselves to have the means to try their shot at success and to thrive and grow as artists.” Tyler Marchant, Professor of Acting and Directing and UWSP alumnus, wanted to support this work in a personal way – and invite others to join him – by creating the Stages to Equity Scholarship. Established by the Hon. Melvin R. Laird and members of the Laird Endowment Advisory Board, the award serves as a continued commitment to the Laird Art Leadership program associated with Laird Leadership Day. The Hon. Melvin R.
