Clinicians in the Student Health Service (SHS) manage many mental health conditions. Students with more complex conditions may be referred to a psychiatry specialist. SHS can assist with these referrals.

  • Sexual assault support
  • Eating disorders
  • Academic and relationship concerns
  • Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Treatment options may include:

  • Prescription medication
  • Referral for counseling services
  • Referral for psychiatric consultation
  • Referral for nutrition consultation
  • Referral for guidance on other topics, as needed
