What is this Conference About?

The Best Practices in Health and Physical Education Conference is designed for physical education and health educators with a focus on best practices in curriculum development and delivery. This conference is designed to:

  • Develop skills to enhance the ability to excite young people about their health and wellness.
  • Incorporate teaching strategies to improve instructional practice in th​​e field of health and physical education.
  • Incorporate cutting-edge techniques on ways to connect health, physical activity, and overall wellness into daily life.​​​

Flyer for 2026 Best Practices in Health and Physical Education Sponsorship opportunities. Diamond tier: one thousand dollars for two exhibit tables and five registrations. Platinum tier: seven hundred and fifty dollars for one table and three registrations. Gold tier: five hundred dollars for one table and two registrations. Silver tier: two hundred and fifty dollars for one table and one registration. Breakfast, lunch, and snack sponsorships are also available! Contact Continuing Education to learn more. Continuing Education terms and conditions

Full refunds granted upon receipt of written request to uwspce-conf@uwsp.edu can be requested up to July 3, 2026. Canceling your hotel room does not cancel your conference registration. You will need to contact UWSP Continuing Education at the above address to make the cancellation. Refunds requested between July 4 and July 22 will be assessed as a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be offered on or after July 22, 2026. Substitutions can be made at any time, but no-shows will be responsible for the full fee.
