Take part in UWSP at Marshfield’s 19th annual Theatre Camp, where creativity takes center stage! Dive into the world of acting, singing, and dancing in an immersive and supportive environment. Join us for a summer of laughter, learning, and unforgettable theatrical experiences that will leave lasting memories and ignite a passion for the performing arts!
Show: Disney’s Descendants: The Musical
This high-energy show follows the teenage children of Disney’s most infamous villains. With a wide range of lead and featured roles, the production offers participants plenty of opportunities to shine on stage.

Audition dates:
Wednesday, June 24 OR Thursday June 25, 6-8p.m. | Callbacks will take place June 26 if needed
Auditions are encouraged for all, but only necessary for those who wish to have a speaking or solo part. Audition will take up two hours depending on number in attendance. Everyone who wants to be on stage will be in some capacity.

Dress Rehearsals
Monday-Wednesday, August 10-12, 5 p.m. call time
Performances:
Thursday, August 13, 7 p.m. (call time 5 p.m.)

Saturday, August 15, 2 p.m. (call time noon)
—Conflicts are okay exceptduring dress rehearsal week and performances.—
There will be a Strike and cast party following the last performance.

Instructors
Donna Thompson
Donna Thompson, a Marshfield native and former UW–Marshfield/Wood County student, has been involved with this theatre program since its inception—first as music director, then as director. A longtime employee of Marshfield Clinic Health System, she has deep roots in the community, including serving on the boardof directors for the Central Chamber Chorale. Over the past 20 years, theatre has become her passion. Sharing that passion with young people during the summer theatre camp—and with likeminded adults in the winter productions—is deeply fulfilling for her.

Cancellation Policy / Accommodations Statement
Youth Camps/Clinics (excluding Suzuki and Athletics):
If cancellation occurs 42 days or more before the camp start date, registration costs (minus credit card fees) will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs 14–41 days before the camp start date, 50% of registration costs (minus credit card fees) will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the camp start date, registration costs are non-refundable.

Astronomy Camp reserves the right to send home, without refund, any camper who fails to behave in an appropriate manner or breaks any local/state/federal laws or camp regulations.
