*Please note: Although this workshop is scheduled the day before the Wisconsin Lenders Conference at the Kalahari, it is a separate event from the Wisconsin Lenders Conference. You must pre-register for this workshop in order to attend. This event is open to anyone, you do not have to be a Wisconsin Lenders Conference attendee in order to qualify to register.
Registration for the reception is collected alongside the SBA Workshop registration. Please indicate on your registration that you will be attending the reception.

Presenters

Jill Faber
Lender Services Manager
Jill started her career as a Personal Banker in 2004 with Wells Fargo Bank. In 2007 she made the switch to commercial banking and was employed with Hometown Bank (since acquired by Bank First), an SBA Express and PLP Lender, as a Credit Analyst for 16 years. She has extensive knowledge of the 7(a) SBA loan programs including origination (underwriting & packaging), servicing and liquidation. Jill has been a Lender Services Manager with WBD since September 2023 and has enjoyed being able to continue assisting lenders with their SBA needs.

Becky Schneider
Lender Services Manager, WBC
Becky has over 25 years of experience working with the 7(a) loan program, including 14 years at a bank that was a leading SBA Express and Preferred Lender. She has been with WBD for 14 years and currently oversees 7(a) packaging services for lender clients. Becky’s areas of expertise include SBA 7(a) eligibility and compliance with SOP requirements.
