Group Coaching Fundamentals: Techniques and Tools for Effective Facilitation Banner

Tuesdays, August 4 – September 8, 2026 | 3 – 4:30 p.m. CT | Virtual via Zoom

What is this program about?

Coaches, expand your reach and impact through group coaching. By leveraging both individual and group coaching competencies, you can build confidence, knowledge, and skills to effectively launch a group practice.

This mode of coaching is an economical and accessible way for clients to reap the benefits of the coaching approach – while being supported by a community of individuals seeking optimal wellness.

The group process will be framed through the lens of positive psychology using a strength-based client-centered approach.

Observe modeling of group practices during each of the classes to experience firsthand what group facilitation looks and feels like from a client’s perspective, while leveraging the latest technology to create dynamic and highly participatory group sessions.

Upon completion of the course, you will be able to:

  • Demonstrate how to adjust the coaching approach to a group setting and process while simultaneously applying evidence-based competencies for coaching individuals.
  • Describe the parts of a group framework including key ingredients for pre-screening, facilitating each session, and opening and closing the group container.
  • Identify an array of tools and technologies aimed to increase participant engagement and enhance the group coaching process.

Registration Fee | $399 Per Person
