Who Is your Instructor?

Hélène Thériault- BScOT, MAdEd, MCC
Hélène Thériault is a clinical instructor and fieldwork preceptor in the Department of Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy at the University of British Columbia, where she also delivers her signature Coach Approach seminar to graduating therapists. She is a certified Total SDI® Facilitator and Leadership Circle Profile™ practitioner.
With over two decades of experience, a Master of Adult Education, and the highest coaching credential—Master Certified Coach (MCC)—Hélène brings deep expertise in healthcare, adult learning, and leadership development.
Through her proprietary and accredited methodology, Dive Into a Coach Approach®, she trains and certifies healthcare professionals using a holistic framework that integrates evidence-based coaching practices, leadership tools, strengths-based models, and practical resources to enhance clinical impact and business sustainability.
In 2023, she was recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as the Emerging Coach Educator for her contribution to advancing coaching in healthcare.
continuing education terms and conditions
The Continuing Education and Outreach office reserves the right to cancel a program due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.
Please provide an active email address that you regularly check when registering, so we can contact you if a program is cancelled or rescheduled.

Live Programs: Refunds will be granted if the Continuing Education and Outreach office is notified at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the programs start date.
Self-Paced Programs: Refunds will be granted if the Continuing Education and Outreach office is notified within five (5) days of purchase, provided the program materials have not been accessed.
Registration is complete only after full payment has been received. Program fees must be paid prior to the start of the event unless otherwise noted.
