Level 1
Health and Wellness Coaches have a unique opportunity to address this issue by equipping individuals and teams with the tools to recognize, prevent, and manage burnout effectively. In this comprehensive 2-hour training, coaches will gain the knowledge, strategies, and confidence needed to deliver impactful workshops and coaching sessions focused on burnout in organizational settings. Participants will leave with a clear understanding of burnout’s nuances and practical methodologies to support clients proactively in preventing and managing it.

4. Practical Coaching Tools
Practice using structured assessments, tools, and strategies to build resilience and address life balance.

Level 2
Level 2 turnkey deliverables are for coaches who have completed Level 1 training and are ready for actionable takeaways to enhance their knowledge and practice in burnout prevention and resilience building. Ellen Kocher
Ellen Kocher is an Economist and Certified Workplace Wellness Consultant. Master’s degree in health and Wellness Coaching, ICF PCC, NBHWC, Health and Mindful Eating Coach, Holding multiple global leadership roles in the Workplace Wellness Field. Educated in the USA, Ellen made some major lifestyles change and has dedicated the past 20+ years to walking her talk through workplace well-being, promoting a holistic approach to eating, physical activity, health, resilience, and self-care. Through her company, Whealthness, Ellen has coached hundreds of individuals and groups in dozens of organizations to make sustainable lifestyle changes empowering them to go from knowing what to do to actually doing it!
Ellen resides in Geneva Switzerland with her husband and 3 children.
continuing education terms and conditions
The Continuing Education and Outreach office reserves the right to cancel a program due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.
Please provide an active email address that you regularly check when registering, so we can contact you if a program is cancelled or rescheduled.

Live Programs: Refunds will be granted if the Continuing Education and Outreach office is notified at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the programs start date.
Self-Paced Programs: Refunds will be granted if the Continuing Education and Outreach office is notified within five (5) days of purchase, provided the program materials have not been accessed.
Registration is complete only after full payment has been received. Program fees must be paid prior to the start of the event unless otherwise noted.
