The aquaculture minor has been designed so that students interested in commercial fish farming, aquarium trade, or state, federal, and tribal hatchery programs can select from a cluster of elective courses to specialize the minor for their interests.

Pursuit of a biochemistry degree will allow students to explain life processes in terms of molecular structure and chemical reactions within living cells. This interdisciplinary major has a chemistry-based curriculum, coupled with a significant biology component.

In pursuing a biology degree, you will learn how life develops, functions and changes. Learn how you can build a biological sciences career in fields such as education, private industry, government programs and medicine.

This undergraduate certificate can be completed concurrently with the student’s undergraduate degree in biology or biochemistry, or can be completed with a completed degree in biology or a related field with consent of program director.
