Application Process
Please email a letter of intent to Noah LaMaide describing:
- Your background and commitment to wellness
- How the Health and Wellness Certificate will help you reach your goals
- Which credit option you are interested in:
- Option 1: Graduate Credit
- Only available for school-year program (fall start)
- Option 2: Continuing Education Credits (CECs)
- Available for summer and school year programs
- Which program you prefer: summer or school year
- Please include your phone number and state/country of residency (for time zone purposes)
- Continuing Education Credits Only: In order to complete your application, you must pay a $250 application deposit. If your application is accepted, this $250 will be applied to your tuition. If your application is denied, the $250 fee will be refunded. Refunds of the $250 deposit will not be given for cancellations or withdrawals. Your application will not be processed until the $250 deposit is received.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy for Graduate Credit Option
Cancellation Policy for CECs: Notice of cancellation should be sent to Noah LaMaide. Full refunds are granted up to two weeks prior to the course start date. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the start date, but prior to the second online class meeting, will be refunded less a $250 fee. No refunds will be issued following the second online class meeting. When the full program is initially purchased and paid for in full, refunds will be conducted per class using the same refund structure.
