Dr. Vasyl Tkach, University of North Dakota – Parasites, People and Continents: An Unexpected Journey.
Dr. Tkach’s inspiring talk will reveal an unconventional path to becoming a scientist, his journeys around the world discovering new species of parasites, and his passion for mentoring students – including multiple UW-Stevens Point REU students.
