Fourth annual Stevens Point Wedding Expo | January 18, 2026.

Newly engaged? Ready to meet local vendors in the Stevens Point area?

Hand-picked local vendors here to help make your special day even more magical!

Enjoy food samples from catering companies, indulge your sweet tooth with cake samples, meet with wedding and event planners, and even get creative with flowers, decor, and designs.

Additionally, there will local bridal boutiques with their models dressed in the latest bridal gowns and tuxedos walking the expo with you! Feel free to stop them to ask what dress they are wearing and what shop they are from.

The Stevens Point Wedding Expo will be held on January 18, 2026, from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. with a $10 entry fee.

Wedding Workshops:

• Wedding Day Timeline
  • Hosted by Marsha VanArk from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., this course will teach you all you need to know to keep your wedding day running smoothly and avoid unnecessary stress.
• Wedding Music Q&A
  • hosted by DJ Ryan of Dance with Dignity from 10:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m., this workshop will focus on preparation for your wedding and reception music.
• Flowers, Details, Design
  • Hosted by Faye Kubisiak of Blooming Envy, LLC from 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m., this workshop will inspire you to create a well thought out design, including all of your details from colors, flowers, decor, and more to create a picturesque day.
• How to Win the RSVP Game
  • Hosted by Belinda Caldwell from The Bride’s Secretary from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., learn tips for wedding preparation organization, what’s needed for invitations and developing a follow up strategy for your head count.

Directions & Parking

The Stevens Point Wedding Expo will be held in the Dreyfus University Center on the UWSP campus. 1015 Reserve St. Stevens Point, WI 54481

Campus Map

Please feel free to park on campus, the lots are open on the weekends. The closest parking lot will be Lot R. From Lot R, the Dreyfus University Center (DUC) will be on the east side of the parking lot. The expo will be held in the Laird Room, which is located on the second floor of the building.
