The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the Wisconsin Forestry Center are pleased to host the 2026 Cooperating Forester Statewide Meeting. With a variety of breakout sessions and important program updates, we hope you enjoy spending the day with colleagues and co-workers alike. Many thanks and appreciation to the planning team for the hard work and energy they have put into organizing the meeting. Registration opens this spring.

Registration Fee: $40

Please register for the conference by Tue., June 2, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Requests received by Tuesday, June 2, 2026 will be granted a full refund. No refunds will be granted on or after Wednesday, June 3, 2026. To receive a refund, a written request must be made to wfc@uwsp.edu.

If applicable, registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations.

Hotel Reservations

Rooms are available at the state rate of $101/night at Hotel Marshfield. To make your reservation, call (715) 387-2700 and ask for the Cooperating Forester Statewide Meeting room block. Please book your room no later than May 10, 2026.

The Wisconsin Forestry Center and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources do not have control over Hotel Marshfield policies or room rates once the room block expires or fills to capacity.

Exhibitor Information

We are happy to provide exhibitor booths for the 2026 Cooperating Forester Statewide Meeting.

Exhibit Booth Fee: $65

Exhibit registration comes with the following: ​​

  • 8 ft. exhibitor table with table cover and chair in venue atrium
  • One conference registration ($40 value!)
  • Optional electricity at no additional cost

Exhibit Booth Set-Up

Exhibitors can set-up their booths on either Tuesday, June 9 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. or Wednesday, June 10 starting at 7:30 a.m. Booths must be fully set up by 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10.

Driving Directions

The meeting will take place at Hotel Marshfield, 2799 S. Central Ave., Marshfield, WI 54449.

Free parking is plentiful and available on-site.

Dietary Needs

We work hard to communicate all special meal requests and allergies to the venue. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee all special dietary needs can be met. If you have dietary needs (i.e., kosher, low salt, low carb, keto, etc.), you may wish to make alternative meal arrangements. Registration fees cannot be adjusted due to special dietary needs.
