Cooperating Forester Statewide Meeting

After a five year hiatus, the WDNR-Division of Forestry and our planning partners (the UWSP-Wisconsin Forestry Center and the Association of Consulting Foresters-WI Chapter) are pleased to be bringing back and hosting the 2025 Cooperating Forester Statewide Meeting. With a variety of breakout sessions and important program updates, we hope you enjoy spending the day with colleagues and co-workers alike. Many thanks and appreciation to the planning team for the hard work and energy they have put into organizing the meeting.

REGISTER before Friday, April 18, 2025.
Registration Fees
- $40 Participant
- $90 Vendor – No Electricity
- $110 Vendor – Electricity
Registration Deadline
Meeting registration is required. Please register no later than April 18, 2025. Walk-in registration will not be available.
Exhibitors Set-up
All exhibit booths must be set up no later than 8:45 a.m. on Wed., Apr. 30, 2025
- Tue., Apr. 29, 2025 between 5:30-6:30 p.m.
- Wed., Apr. 30, 2025 starting at 7:30 a.m.
Exhibitor Fee
Vendor fee includes full registration to the meeting, including meals, one 8′ table, and one chair. Additional vendors are welcome to attend at the general participant rate of $40.

Requests received by Tuesday, April 22, 2025 will be granted a full refund. No refunds will be granted on or after Wednesday, April 23, 2025. To receive a refund, a written request must be made to wfc@uwsp.edu.
