The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point held a ceremonial branch-cutting this afternoon to celebrate the opening of their new Forestry Advancement Center in Tomahawk. Two key figures headed up this project to learn more about how UW-Stevens Point continues to lead in forestry.
“They’re going to get opportunity,” said Brian Sloss, UWSP’s Dean of the College of Natural Resources. “They’re going to get a future. And they’re going to get challenged every single day.”
