Public Computer Labs Printing
UWSP students have permission to print in our computer labs.  For more information visit Printing in Computer Labs.

If faculty or staff would like to print from a computer lab, please request access by entering an IT work order.


Office/Department Printing
Office computers should be automatically configured to connect to your department's printers. If you need further assistance establishing connections, configuring or troubleshooting a UWSP printer, contact the Service Desk.

Mobile Printing
With mobile printing you can print your work to a print queue then up to 72 hours later connect to one of our designated printers including department and computer lab printers to physically print your file.

Faculty/Staff may be able to print via the wireless network to office or department printers. Check with your College Support Team member or the Service Desk to see if this is possible.
