Tara Anderson

BIO

Tara Anderson joined the Department of Sociology and Social Work at UWSP in 2020. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) with over 15 years of social work practice experience, with an emphasis on substance use and mental health recovery. Anderson previously served on the Council of Social Work Education National Task Force for the Specialized Practice Curricular Guide for Substance Use Social Work Practice. She is the coordinator of UWSP’s Substance Use and Addiction Studies Minor.
