Stephanie Stella

 BIO

Stephanie Stella has been teaching literature and composition for over 20 years at secondary schools and universities in the United States, St. Lucia, Guatemala, and Italy. She also served as the coordinator of the General Education Program at The American University of Rome. Stella joined the UW-Stevens Point Department of English in 2023. She teaches introductory English classes on the main campus.

When not teaching, Stephanie assists her partner with running his family’s ballet studio in Wausau and enjoys traveling, adventures, and creating with their seven-year-old son. As a dual U.S.-Italian citizen, she spends as much time as possible in the bel paese!
