Rachel Charron (MSW, CAPSW, ACC) is an educator, coach, social worker and podcast host serving communities and helping professionals across Wisconsin. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from UW–Madison and spent nearly a decade in the child welfare field as both a direct service worker and supervisor. Her career has spanned government and private agencies, where she supported families and staff in diverse communities throughout the state.
Rachel later transitioned into health education and public health, working in direct practice with children in school and afterschool settings, and in macro practice with the Wisconsin Afterschool Network (now the Wisconsin Out of School Time Alliance).
