My name is Kenny Campbell Jr., and I am a proud alumnus of the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point (UWSP). I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology in 2012 and completed my Master of Science in Community and Organizational Leadership in 2026. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I graduated from Riverside University High School and was a student-athlete on the UWSP football team.

For more than 15 years, I have dedicated my professional career to serving diverse populations as a case manager, with a primary focus on at-risk and underserved youth in Milwaukee. Throughout my career, I have worked in long-term care, AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) services, and homeless veteran support programs. My passion for helping individuals overcome barriers and achieve success has been the foundation of my work.

Within higher education, I previously served as the Coordinator for the LEAD Program and worked with the Fostering Success and Noel Compass Scholarship programs at UWSP, supporting students through mentorship, advocacy, and resource development. I also served as a Graduate Assistant for the UWSP football program and later worked as a Defensive Backs Coach and Communications Director at Carroll University and Loras College.

Most recently, I served as the Youth Enrichment Services Coordinator for the Boys & Girls Club of Portage County. In this role, I coordinated a youth prevention program in partnership with the Stevens Point Area Public School District and numerous community organizations. I worked directly with students ages 12–16, helping them develop behavior management, decision-making, and life skills that supported their academic and personal success. I firmly believe that every student has the ability to succeed. One of the core messages I share with the students I serve is to dream big and pursue their goals with confidence and determination. Watching students discover their potential and achieve milestones is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy playing video games, training in mixed martial arts (MMA), and spending time outdoors. With an extensive background in athletics, I am passionate about sports, competition, and personal development. Beyond sports, I have spent much of my adult life working as a music producer and audio engineer. In 2023, I opened a recording studio in Milwaukee, providing creative opportunities for emerging artists and helping them develop their craft.

I am excited to be back on campus and to continue serving the UWSP community. Stevens Point has truly become a second home for me. I believe the work we do has the power to positively impact not only the students we serve but also their families and communities. UWSP played a transformative role in my own life, and I am passionate about helping students discover the opportunities, support, and experiences that make UWSP and the Stevens Point community such special places.
