Jennifer Summers Bio Jennifer Summers is the Program Development Specialist for the Wisconsin Center for Wildlife (WCW) at UW-Stevens Point. She originally pursued a degree in art when she began college after high school and then worked in screen printing for several years. Finding something missing, she returned to college and earned her Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology from UW-Stevens Point as a non-traditional student. Jennifer went on to earn her Master of Natural Resources (Wildlife Ecology) from Point as well. She has a passion for learning about wildlife with a particular fondness for bats. Through her work at the WCW, Jennifer finds immense joy in teaching people about wildlife, and wildlife science, conservation and management. When not working, Jennifer enjoys making wildlife-themed art (painting and drawing), hiking, birding, and spending time with her family and her dog, Lars. She lives with her husband in Marshfield, WI.
