Accreditation Disclosure Statement

The Interior Architecture program leading to the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Architecture, is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation www.accredit-id.org, 206 Cesar E. Chavez Ave SW, Suite 350, Grand Rapids, MI, 49503.” 

The CIDA-accredited program prepares students for entry-level interior design practice, for advanced study, and to apply for membership in professional interior design organizations. The Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Architecture granted by The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point meets the educational requirement for eligibility to sit for the National Council for Interior Design Qualification Examination (NCIDQ Exam). Interior Architecture Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree (BFA)

PROGRAM COMPLETION

It typically takes a full-time student taking approximately 15 credits per semester four years to complete the undergraduate degree program with a minimum of 120 University credits. The Interior Architecture BFA degree requires 78 credits including design-related or qualified electives. For transfer students, the typical graduation time is 7 semesters or 3.5 years.

The following data was collected using institutional records and an alumni survey that was administered in the Spring of each academic year.
