Continuing Education

Our Continuing Education team is uniquely poised to offer both credit and non-credit professional development throughout the state. We put together innovative, cutting-edge offerings that help attendees gain a new skill, advance their career, increase efficiency, and more. UWSP Continuing Education has a wide variety of offerings, including certification programs, leadership certificates, workshops, and statewide conferences for audiences ranging from social workers to counselors to bankers. We can work to customize sessions to deliver directly to the needs of your organization.

Center for Business and Economic Insight

The Center for Business and Economic Insight (CBEI) aims to be an indispensable source of expertise for local business, governmental and community leaders. The CBEI promotes regional economic and community development through the provision of applied business and economic knowledge to the citizens of Marathon, Portage and Wood counties.

Small Business Development Center

The Small Business Development Center is part of a statewide network to assist all business owners in the areas they need it most. The center provides educational opportunities through individual counseling sessions, as well as conferences and presentations. The SBDC builds strong relationships with community leaders so all businesses can achieve success.

Center for Data Analytics

The Center for Data Analytics at UW-Stevens Point serves as a dynamic liaison between the university and various organizations that seek expertise in the realm of data analytics. Off-campus organizations can learn how to leverage data analytics through the Data Analytics Center diverse engagement arrangements, from consultative agreements to paid student capstone projects and internships. Student engagements are overseen by either of our faculty, ensuring the highest quality guidance and management.
