University Information & Tickets provides a variety of services to meet your needs!


 Accepted Payment Types

University Information & Tickets can accept:

  • Cash
  • Checks
  • Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover)
  • Debit Card
  • PointCard (UWSP Students/Staff)
    • Service fees may apply

 Postal Services

·         UIT operates the campus USPS postal substation. You can buy stamps, envelopes and mail packages up to 40 lbs.

·         You can drop off your USPS mail and campus mail at UIT.

·         Hours of operation are 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday – Friday.


 Lost & Found

·         UIT hosts the campus lost and found. Items will be tagged and held for a minimum of four weeks. After such time, items will either be donated or disposed of.

·         UIT will not accept water bottles/cups, food items, makeup, hair accessories, etc. in the lost & found.

·         Still can’t find your item? Consider contacting the Dean’s Office in the building you lost the item or Campus Police at 715-346-3456.


 Vending Machine Refunds



University Information & Tickets can refund most machines on campus if the request is made within 24 hours of the shortage. However, if the shortage is more than change or a dollar (e.g., for a $5 or a $10, etc., we will take the customer name and number and we will have to call the vendor for verification before giving the refund). If you lose money in a vending machine or the wrong product vends, please record the machine number, location and product in order to receive a refund at University Information & Tickets.
