Chinese Cooking
Saturday, February 25, 2012

Do you like the gyoza (dumplings) on Chinese restaurant menus? Come join Yan Liao in making this festive food, popular all over East Asia. With ready-made wrappers, we’ll mix our own stuffing with meat and/or vegetables, wrap the dumplings one by one, and cook them by either steaming or boiling. Afterwards we will enjoy these tasty morsels for lunch!

LIFE - Learning is ForEver

Registration for the spring term of the LIFE program begins December 9th. Browse our classes, request a program guide or register online.
