Change is ever-present in our personal lives, work, and communities. We will discuss: the process of change; developing a vision; leadership versus management of change; common fundamental mistakes made during the change process; creating a guiding coalition within your organization; and communication during change. We will explore a model for change management, providing a tool for participants to utilize for any type of change. Led by Janene Beck-Hafner, Ph.D.

Janene Beck-Hafner, Ph.D. has a background in education and leadership. She has served as the Director of Community Resources/Provider Relations; Organizational Development Consultant and, most recently, Talent, Learning & Culture Program Consultant for Inclusa. Previously, she served as a High School Associate Principal and Director of Pupil Services. Janene earned a Master of Science Degree in Educational Leadership and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Administration with an emphasis in Leadership.
