U.S. Women dominate the Summer Olympic Games

The United States now holds 38 bronze medals, 37 silver, and 46 gold with the conclusion of the Summer Olympics in Rio de Janerio, for a grand total of 121. While Michael Phelps is now the most decorated Olympian of all time, the majority of the metals were actually taken home by women.
