UW-Stevens Point freshmen rolled carts full of bedding, clothes, and more into their new dorm rooms on Thursday for move-in day.
There were designated "Pointer Pals" to help the freshmen find their rooms, set up furniture, and even calm a few nerves.
"Have them feel at home, and feel like Stevens Point is the place to be, because it is, and we help with lofts and futons and getting their rooms organized," Miranda Chynoweth, a Pointer Pal, said.
