A UWSP transcript is a complete academic record of a student's enrollment at the university. Maintained by the Office of the Registrar, a transcript includes a record of grades received, by term, for all undergraduate, graduate and professional coursework (partial transcript requests are not available).
The fee for each official transcript ordered is $7 and $3 for each unofficial transcript ordered. Unofficial transcripts are also available at no charge for both current and non-current students, when the transcript is ordered in person at the Office of the Registrar (101 Student Services Center). Note: Educational institutions do not accept unofficial copies of transcripts.

The Family Education
Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requires that students provide a written
signature to release your transcripts, unless you can “automatically
authorize”. UW-Stevens Point is a participant in the Credentials Solutions (TranscriptsPlus®) network that can automatically authorize transcript orders. Automatic authorization is based upon comparing your keyed information to what is on file in your UWSP records. If your order is not eligible for automatic
authorization, a printable form will be available at the end of the order process. You
will have to print, sign and mail or fax the form to Credentials.
