The Telephone Support Office has on-site technicians to correct any problem you may have. DO NOT call another telephone company for repairs. A technician will go directly to your workstation to fix the problem. Only UWSP telephones and equipment are serviced. Repairs are made within 24-business hours. For repairs, fill out an on-line Work Order, or call 715-346-2562.
For changes to an existing telephone line, requests should be submitted one week in advance. For installations, changes, or moves, fill out an on-line Work Order, or call 715-346-2562.
Frequently Asked Repair Question
Why does my phone give a 1/2-ring then go directly to voicemail?
Your "SEND CALL" feature is activated. This feature sends all calls directly to voicemail. To deactivate this feature, lift up your receiver and press [# 3]. If you have a digital telephone, deactivate the SEND CALLS button on your abbreviated number pad.
