A rough estimate of the typical time until schedule completion after the initial data is collected is 4-6 weeks. Two week rush service is available but it comes with a 50% surcharge. Any number of complications may arise when constructing the schedule, so we can not give an exact estimate for any given schedule.

Cost

The typical schedule will cost $300, but this price may vary based upon the complexity of the schedule.

Payment

Payments should be directed to the Center for Athletic Scheduling, Department of Mathematical Sciences, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Stevens Point, WI 54481. You will receive an electronic invoice via e-mail, and we ask that you include a copy of this invoice with your payments.

An electronic copy of each schedule will be sent via email. Hard copies of the completed schedules can be made available upon request.

Terms

The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point reserves the right to present or publish on all completed work. For example, we may present the completed schedules at a conference, or a university evaluation of the Center for Athletic Scheduling.

Communication

We aim to deliver the best possible schedules we can with the information we are given. However, we can not create a schedule that suits the customer's needs if we don't understand what those needs are. This is why we ask customers to be as complete and thorough in the explanation of their needs as possible. It is far better if we receive too much information than if we don't receive enough. As a general policy if we need to redo a schedule because a customer fails to communicate their needs to us that customer is responsible for the additional cost.
