The Wisconsin Center for Wildlife helped with the celebration by hosting the 2021 Spring Seminar Series, featuring six CNR Alumni and our very own Dean Brian Sloss! Each seminar speaker graduated from a different CNR discipline. Our speakers graduated at different times within the CNR&#8217;s history. James shares his memories and experiences from a 1980\u2019s CNR, discusses his journey into and through a wildlife career, and provides some valuable \u201ccareer hacks\u201d for students and new wildlife professionals. She\u2019ll share how her experiences at UWSP led to her passion for conserving land and prepared her to create and implement long-range plans. He provides a history of the CNR, and highlights the important people who contributed to making the CNR a reality, and ensured the success of this nationally renowned college.
