State funding impacts university system

University of Wisconsin leaders plan to ask the state for more than $40 million in additional funding and to lift a tuition freeze that went into effect four years ago. 

They're calling on Gov. Scott Walker to reinvest in the schools...

The state plans on extending the tuition freeze for another two years, according to UW- Stevens Point Chancellor Bernie Patterson.
