UW-Stevens Point celebrates Black History Month

The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point is celebrating Black History Month in February by hosting programs commemorating the roles and contributions of African-Americans in our society and history.

Celebrate the cultural and musical contributions of black composers as UW-Stevens Point’s Music Department marks Black History Month.
Since 1993, the Black Student Union's Soul Food Dinner has been an annual event to educate students and the community about African-American culture. Celebrate with an evening of laughter, entertainment and Southern food. Author Elaine Richardson will be the event’s guest speaker.
