Jenny Asuquo said she feels this might be the year her son is going to start helping out with Trivia.
Asuquo, a member of Team Thicko, was among a group of Trivia enthusiasts who queued up outside the 90 FM radio studios on the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point campus Monday to be the first to register for this year’s Trivia 45 contest.
Registration for the 54-hour event, which supports maintenance at the student-run radio station, runs until the contest begins at 6 p.m. Friday. Dan Waterman, station manager at 90 FM, was on hand at the studio with other radio station staff members to help get the first teams registered and sell Trivia 45 merchandise including shirts, hats and coffee mugs.
