The city's downtown got a spash of color on June 27.
The UWSP Admissions Team gathered around the plywood "screen" protecting pedestrians from the construction going on at the old Fox Theater, to give the white wall a new look.
"We want the Opera House to a be a source of community pride, even while it's under construction," said Erin Batzler, Corporate Brand Represenative for the Opera HouseLLC. "We know how much the downtown likes its murals, and since the construction wall makes such a perfect blank canvas, we thought it would be nice to brighten it up with art."
