Quasi, a 38-inch green iguana, once lived in a cage too small for him and was malnourished, which hampered his development and caused him to be handicapped.
Now he’s destined for a life at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, set to serve as a lesson to teach others what can happen to reptiles when they don’t receive proper care.
