A painting of a common goldeneye by San Francisco artist Robert Steiner has been selected for the 2013-14 Federal Duck Stamp.
The announcement was made Saturday by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Deputy Director Rowan Gould at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, during the annual Federal Duck Stamp art contest -– the only juried art competition sponsored by the federal government.
