Variety of artists performing at UW-Stevens Point

​The folk rock band Fruition will perform at UW-Stevens Point Feb. 16.

 

A wide array of musical groups and performers will appear at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in the coming months through the student-run Centertainment Productions.

Unless otherwise noted, the following events will be held at 8 p.m. in The Encore at the Dreyfus University Center (DUC), 1015 Reserve Street, Stevens Point, free of charge with a UW-Stevens Point or Mid-State Technical College student I.D. Community members may attend for $5.

  • Thursday, Jan. 26 – Thomas Wincek with Lun, experimental indie electronic
  • Friday, Feb. 3 – Kind Country with Red Ben and the Missing Miles, bluegrass
  • Saturday, Feb. 4 –  Brett Newski with Zach Miller, indie/rock and singer/songwriter
  • Thursday, Feb. 9 – Joy Ike and The Red Tide, singer/songwriters
  • Saturday, Feb. 11 – Grand Edmonds: Love G.E.A.R.S., love guru, variety game show
  • Thursday, Feb. 16 – Fruition with Gin Mill Hollow, folk rock/Americana
  • Friday, Feb. 17 – Kid Ace, magician
  • Saturday, Feb. 18 The Divine Rap Connection Part II, hip-hop/rap
  • Thursday, Feb. 23 Chinedu Unaka, comedian
  • Friday, Feb. 24 – Charlie Parr with Anima, folk
  • Saturday, Feb. 25 – G Yamazawa, spoken word/poetry
