Treehaven offers two large meeting rooms, the Sylvester Auditorium and Room 200AB. A meeting room is included with your reservation. Large meeting rooms are equipped with an overhead projector, HDMI cord, podium, wireless microphone, and whiteboard. Guests should bring a personal laptop. Treehaven laptops may be reserved if available.

The Sylvester Auditorium is located on the lower level. It features an elevated stage and access to a deck with outdoor seating.

Room 200AB is located on the upper level. It features nature decor including taxidermy and skull displays, and can be divided into two smaller rooms upon request.

Treehaven offers several breakout meeting rooms. All breakout rooms are included with your reservation. Breakout rooms are equipped with an overhead projector or display screen, HDMI cord, A/V cart, and whiteboard. Guests should bring a personal laptop. Treehaven laptops may be reserved if available.

Room 105/107 is located on the lower level.

Rooms 201/203 and 205 are located on the upper level. 203 and 205 both feature a countertop and sink/faucet.

105/107 and 201/203 each have a divider and can be broken into two smaller rooms.

The Computer Lab is available by reservation only and has 13 desktop computers, A/V cart, display screen, and whiteboards. One computer is designated for a leader/instructor and connects to the display screen.

The Osprey’s Nest Library is a small group meeting space lofted above the Winterberry Dining Room. This quiet lounge features a historic “browse” nature library with numerous volumes on topics including ecology, natural history, resource management, Wisconsin history, and more. There are 3 conference tables, comfortable seating for 8-10 people, a whiteboard, TV, and wood-burning fireplace. *No overhead projector/HDMI cable in this room*

The Bear Track Lounge is a shared lounge space for all groups. Lounge features include cozy seating, wood-burning fireplace, TV/Roku, piano, pool table, foosball table, and a collection of puzzles and board games. The lounge provides easy access to an outdoor firepit and seating area.

Adjacent to the lounge is a laundry room and a snack shack.

The laundry room has coin-operated washers and dryers, a change machine, and soap dispensers.

The snack shack is a small kitchenette area reservable upon request. It features a sink, countertop, microwave, pizza oven, refrigerator, and deep freezer.

Dragonfly Pond is a scenic outdoor space available to visitors. Features include a gazebo with outdoor seating, firepit, lookout deck, and dock. Canoe and kayak rentals are available. Swimming is not permitted. 

The pond hosts a wide variety of fauna including painted turtles, muskrats, sandhill cranes, common loons, ring-necked ducks, and of course dragonflies. Interesting flora like round-leaved sundews can be spotted by paddling out to the floating bog that surrounds the central island.

Three outdoor firepits with seating are available for visitor use, including one at Dragonfly Pond, one outside the Bear Track Lounge, and one behind the Fern Young Cottage (not pictured).

Cordwood Cabin is located at the junction of the Cordwood Connector, Red Oak Loop, and Big Pine Loop trails and provides trail users a rustic shelter to rest. Inside the cabin is seating and a wood-burning fireplace.

Treehaven maintains a large open field that guests may utilize for activities. Near the field there is also a volleyball court and horseshoes.

Treehaven offers various outdoor seating options outside the Bear Track Lounge, Sylvester Auditorium, and dining room. Charcoal grills are available (charcoal provided for a fee). A smoking area is provided at the Wellhouse along the entrance road.

Treehaven offers over 14 miles (22km) of trails year-round. In winter, we groom and maintain ~9 miles (14km) of classic ski trails and 4 miles (6.5km) of snowshoe trails. All classic trails are two-way and groomed with a double set of classic tracks. Trail access is included with your stay.
