Our Mission: Treehaven is the Wisconsin center for integrating natural resources education, management, research, and recreation.

Our site rests on an ancient glacial ridge overlooking 1,400 acres of forest and wetland habitat that hosts an abundance of wildlife species, including osprey, deer, black bear, wolf, coyote, and fisher. Facilities include a large classroom/conference center, two residential living centers that provide overnight accommodations for up to 120 people, and full food service capability. Treehaven is the ideal place to host any group.

As a field station of the UW-Stevens Point College of Natural Resources, Treehaven hosts thousands of people each year for events, school and youth programs, and business gatherings. Treehaven relies on group user fees and donations for much of its operating budget.

From Mid-May through Mid-August, Treehaven hosts the Summer Field Experience, a College of Natural Resources program for over 200 UW-Stevens Point students. Students receive direct experience in natural resource topics such as forestry, wildlife, soils, fisheries, plant identification, and more.
