Treehaven Field Station
Education, Research, and Conference Center

Where Learning Comes Naturally

Treehaven is a natural resources education, research, and conference center operated by the UW-Stevens Point College of Natural Resources. Located between Tomahawk and Rhinelander, WI, our site rests on a glacial ridge overlooking 1,400 acres of forest and wetland habitat and holds a remarkable conservation legacy founded by Dorothy and Gordon Kummer.

With numerous meeting spaces, lodging facilities for over 100 people, full food service, naturalist-led programs, and over 14 miles of trails, Treehaven is the perfect place to integrate lifestyle, leadership, and the environment!
