About 

Cecelia Hill completed her MFA in Costume Design and Construction at West Virginia University, and earned a BFA in Design and Technology from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
She has worked as a Draper with Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, MA; as a First Hand/ Stitcher at Chautauqua Theatre Company, Chautauqua, NY; and as a First Hand at Trollwood Performing Arts School, Moorehead, MN. Cecelia has also worked as a wardrobe assistant for two films with Boettcher/Trinkelin Productions in Milwaukee, WI: Come Follow Me, and My Son My Savior. Additionally, she ran wardrobe for Sandy Bainum's Holiday Concert "This Christmas with Sandy Bainum" at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. Design work while at West Virginia University includes Kiss Me Kate, Mother Courage and Her Children, and The Glass Menagerie. A member of USITT, at the 2016 national conference, Cecelia co-presented at the Costume Commission's Poster Session the silicone coated fairy costumes she co-created for West Virginia University's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream.
