Shop UW / uw system procurement​​​​​​​​

  • Go to Workday and log in.
  • Login using UWSP credentials 
  • Go to “Procurement and AP UW” under Organization on the left-hand menu. Connect to the ShopUW catalog.
  • Once you are in ShopUW, navigate to Office Supplies and select “Staples.” Enter your campus zip code.
  • If you have not used Workday before to order, take the course “UWS-Procurement for All Employees“
