Think globally while you study abroad with UW-Stevens Point
The Office of International Education (108 CCC Building) at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point guides you in discovering new cultures, landscapes and lifestyles with semester and short-term study abroad programs. Continue to earn UW-Stevens Point academic credit while you experience a life-changing adventure.
Experiences in Europe, Asia, Australia and the Americas are available. We can also help you find study abroad grants and scholarships and options for you to study away at other campuses in the U.S. through the National Student Exchange (NSE).
Students are able to apply financial aid to all academic study abroad programs.
As a study abroad or National Student Exchange participant, you can then add this impressive experience to your resume. Past participants have developed skills that attract employers such as:
- strong communication skills
- creative thinking and problem solving
- adaptability and flexibility
- initiative and self-reliance
We provide advising and orientation for each program and each student will receive detailed information such as health and safety abroad, passports and visas, participant manuals and more.
If you aren't already a Pointer, apply to UW-Stevens Point today. Then, find answers to your study abroad questions or make an appointment to see how we can help you.
