FamilY Planning ONly Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Most services at UW\u2013Stevens Point Student Health are at no additional cost, as they are included in students\u2019 segregation fees. Some services may have a cost that is charged to the student\u2019s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Family Planning Only Services (FPOS) program through Forward Health Wisconsin may help cover the cost of certain family planning and reproductive health services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of this program is to provide coverage for birth control services and related routine reproductive health care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligibility is based on students\u2019 income. Wisconsin residents may apply for this program. Coverage may be approved through temporary enrollment or by completing a full online application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
